Feature Update: Easily Clone a Video Testimonial Campaign

Today we're excited to announce an exciting feature that'll significantly reduce the time needed to clone a video testimonial campaign. We're constantly committed to making your video testimonial campaigns that much better. That's why earlier this week we released our clone tool.
Here's a speak peak at what's new:
On your Campaigns page, you'll notice a small icon that'll clone your entire campaign with just a single click: Clone a Video Testimonial Campaign Cloning a campaign will save all of your existing campaign's data - including your campaign's question and description, form fields and any advanced features you've configured along the way.
Why create the ability to clone a campaign?
Last week, we received a support ticket from one of our customers asking us if there was an easier way for them to create multiple campaigns in a short period of time.  They were building each campaign independently and this took several minutes per campaign. And with dozens of campaigns, you can imagine how cumbersome this must have been! Now, with a click of a button, you'll be able to instantly clone all of your campaign's information into a "copy" campaign, and simply edit accordingly from there. The clone tool is now available for everyone. We hope you love it!

Feature Update: Reducing Video Allowance Roadblocks

Today we're excited to announce a major improvement that'll significantly reduce video allowance roadblocks for our customers. We're constantly committed to making your video testimonial campaigns that much better. That's why earlier this week we increased video allowances across all plans. This will enable you to capture many, many more videos!
Here's a speak peak at what's new:
On the plans & pricing page, you'll notice that all plans now include the ability to capture many, many more videos: New Bravo Pricing And if you're already a customer of Bravo, you'll notice that your monthly video allowance has automatically increased on the dashboard to reflect the latest changes.
Why increase video allowance limits across all plans?
Over the last few months, we've received a ton of great feedback that suggests our plans weren't allowing customers to capture enough videos each month—especially during the trial period. For example, the old Starter Plan used to include 5 new videos per month. On occasion, our customers would need to ask their participants to re-record their videos due to background noise, lighting issues, etc. When this happened, that would already account for 2 (possibly even 3!) videos that month. As you can imagine, this was incredibly limiting, so we wanted to make a positive change. We spent months re-structuring our platform to allow hosting and streaming your videos at a less expensive rate, so we're passing the savings onto our customers! The new plans are now available for everyone and existing customers have already received the upgrade. We hope you love it!

Feature Update: Wistia Integration

Today we're excited to announce a big feature update to Bravo. We've integrated with Wistia, our favorite business video hosting platform. Now, you can easily push your Bravo videos directly to your Wistia account!  And psst...there's a special offer from the folks at Wistia at the bottom, so don't forget to read the whole post :)

When reviewing a video, you'll notice a new INTEGRATIONS section towards the bottom of the page: Integrations After clicking the link to CONNECT to Wistia, you'll be presented with with an option to login to your existing account: Connect Once you've connected your account, you'll be able to instantly push your video to Wistia: Push
Why integrate with Wistia?
Over the last year, we've received quite a few support requests for this feature.  Before the integration, Bravo users would have to download their videos and upload them manually into Wistia.  The integration saves precious time (every second counts, right?) and minimizes the steps necessary to move videos into Wistia's hosting platform. Feature Update: Formstack Integration

Today we're excited to announce a big feature update to Bravo. We've integrated with Formstack, our favorite online form builder solution. Now, you can easily capture more robust information from your participants after they record their videos!
Here's a peek at what's new:
When building your campaign, you'll notice a new Formstack option to the right of the FORM FIELDS section: Connect with Formstack After clicking CONNECT YOUR FORMSTACK ACCOUNT, you'll be presented with with an option to either login to your existing account, or sign up for a new one: Connect with Formstack Once you've connected your account, you'll be able to choose the appropriate Formstack form via the new drop-down menu in FORM FIELDS section: Connect with Formstack Your participants will now see the appropriate form after they've recorded their video!
Why integrate with Formstack?
Over the last year, we've received quite a few support requests for additional form features.  And since Formstack's intuitive software provides options for radio buttons, checkboxes, drop-down menus and more, we thought it would be advantageous for our customers to have access to their advanced capabilities. Sidenote:  If you've been looking to add your participant's email address to your email lists (MailChimp, Constant Contact, etc.), using a Formstack form will allow you to achieve this with ease. We officially rolled out Bravo 2.0 to all accounts today, and we launched a shiny new website to go along with the new interface. We think you’re going to love it, but we also realize that technology changes can be stressful to some. Here are the details:
A Fresh, Responsive Design
The new interface features a fully-responsive design, compatible with all smartphones and tablets: Mobile Friendly Interface Now, you can manage your campaigns and moderate/review your videos from your mobile devices with ease. The second campaign is an internal campaign, where your sales team is giving you their best elevator pitches on your products or services. You can invite your sales manager into Bravo to manage these internal sales pitch auditing efforts. Pretty useful, eh?

Feature Update: The Contest Widget

Yesterday we announced the new Playlist feature, and today we're excited to announce another big update - we've enabled the Contest Widget! This allows you to easily launch a video contest on your website, blog, Facebook fan page, etc. One simple embed code, tons of functionality You'll notice a new embed code on the Settings page called "Contest Widget". Click the "copy" button in the right sidebar. From here, simply paste this code on your website, blog or Facebook application and you're all setup to use the new Contest Widget feature. Embed The Contest Widget Record, review, vote Once the widget is embedded, your audience will be able to record a video, review other submissions and vote on their favorites. All functions are available within the two tabs at the top of the widget. Record.  Review.  Vote. Easily organize videos by number of votes When you're ready to see which videos have the most votes, simply navigate to the Video Submissions page. Then, click on the "Filter by" drop-down at the top of the page. Choose "Votes" and you're ready to see which videos are most popular within your contest. Feature Update: The Playlist

Today we're excited to announce a big feature update to Bravo. We've enabled the Playlist feature, which allows you to use one single player to stream your best videos. Here's a peek at what's new: One simple embed code, multiple player sizes You'll notice a new page within your account dashboard called "Playlist." Navigate to this page, and click the embed code button in the right sidebar. From here, you'll be able to select your playlist size (small, medium, large). Simply copy and paste this code onto your website and you're all setup to use the new Playlist feature. Embed Playlist After reviewing a video, select it to be included in the playlist You'll notice a new option underneath the videos on the video review pages. When checking "Include in playlist", this video will now be included in your Playlist. You can choose as many videos as you'd like. Select the "Include in playlist" optionEasy, continuous streaming of your best videos Once you have the playlist embed code on your website, you're done. You can manage which videos display in the playlist within your Bravo account, and they'll stream continuously within your player. A Single Player, Streaming Your Best Videos

Providing you with an easy-to-use platform has always been a priority for us. That said, we've been recently bombarded with some really great feedback, specifically having to do with enabling a "playlist" feature that would allow our customers to choose their most captivating videos and stream them on their website or blog - all within one single player. We assumed that customers would simply use YouTube for this functionality, but since Bravo comes standard with unbranded hosting, customers prefer to embed and stream videos directly from their account (we can't say we blame them!).

Mobile Compatibility

The Playlist feature is also compatible with all mobile devices and tablets, so you'll enjoy the same mobile optimized streaming that you get when embedding a single video.

Customer Support Center We're excited to announce the launch of our new Support Center. We've been testing help desk software for months, and we finally made the decision to partner with Zendesk. Here's why:

Feature Update: New iFrame Option Provides White-Label Experience

Today we’re excited to announce a new feature: the white-label iFrame. With this new feature, you'll have the ability to embed your video portal, giving your visitors a chance to record and send their videos directly from your website. Feature Update: Multiple Recording Time Options For Your Audience

You can now offer your audience multiple recording times, including 30, 45, 60, 90 or 120 seconds:

Feature Update: Video Allowance Alerts, Multiple Email Address Capability

Today we're announcing a few new updates to the account dashboard. We've received some excellent feedback in the last few months from our users, and we've been carefully listening. Although these updates are minor, we still feel that it's important to let you know about the improvements we've made. Video Allowance Alerts Video Allowance Alerts When you login to your account, you'll now notice a new section on your dashboard called Account Details. This will give you a quick glimpse at how many video submissions you've received in the current month. If/when you've reached your limit, a notification will now appear at the top of the page. Multiple Email Address Capability For New Video Notifications Multiple Email Addresses We've added the capability of sending notifications to multiple email addresses when new videos are received. On the My Account page, simply add multiple email addresses in the appropriate field, separated by commas, and save your settings. Now, every time you received a new video submission, these addresses will receive the notification. If you do not wish to receive new video notifications, simply select "Unsubscribe".

Feature Update:  Share Buttons & Social Optimization Today we’re announcing an exciting update to the Bravo Video Portal. With the implementation of Facebook, Twitter and Google+ share buttons, this update will provide more awareness and exposure for your user-generated video campaigns. After someone records and submits a video to you, they'll have the chance to conveniently share this experience with their friends and connections. It's an extremely powerful way of receiving more organic videos for your campaign.

Feature Update: Introducing Tags, A Better Way To Organize Your Videos

Today we’re announcing an exciting update to the Bravo Video Portal. With the introduction of tags, this update will allow you to organize your videos more efficiently from within the Bravo account. After logging in to your account, take a look at one of your recently submitted videos. You'll now notice an Add Tag option underneath the video's basic information. Here you can add a tag like "5 stars" or "december 2011". Add Tags and Better Organize Your Videos Now, from the Video Submissions page, you can easily select how you'd like the page to display your videos by selecting one of the tags from the drop-down list. We're In Private Beta

After months of testing, reworking and remodeling - not to mention many, many sleepless nights - we're extremely pleased to announce that we're now in private beta. So, what does this mean? It means that we're interested in giving a few more interested organizations a chance to use Bravo Video to accept user-generated video submissions.
