Is it X videos per month, or X videos total?

It’s X videos per month. Every 30 days, your cycle restarts. So, if you’re on the Plus Plan, you can capture 100 videos in your first month, and then 100 more in your second. Hypothetically, you could capture 600 videos during your first 6 months of service!

What’s a custom microsite?

A microsite is our fancy term for the landing page that’s assigned to your campaign. Your microsite will display your company’s logo and allow your customers to record, review and send their videos through our website.

What’s a widget?

Our embedded widgets allow your customers to record, review and send their videos through YOUR website or social media property. The record widget is strictly for testimonials, while the contest widget adds voting functions and is more appropriate for contests or sweepstakes.

Can I download the videos I receive?

Absolutely. You may download the original source files for each video, as well as embed them anywhere on the web using Bravo’s media player. We also offer a Playlist feature which allows you to embed one single player that streams all the best videos within your campaign!

What’s a “user”?

A user is someone you invite to your account to help manage campaigns. You can set privileges for each user, so that members of your team will only have access to certain campaigns within your account.

What if I go over my video allowance?

If you go over your video allowance, an overlay message will display on your campaign. You can create a custom message in this space, or use our default one. The idea is to never go over your allowance, so we’ll send you a notification email when you reach 90% of your allowance in any given 30-day period.

What happens after my free trial?

If you decide not to choose a plan, your account will be automatically downgraded to our Free Plan. Your campaigns, videos and data will all stay safe and sound until you choose a subscription (or cancel).

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Bravo is month-to-month, and you simply pay as you go. You can cancel your account anytime by simply clicking the “Cancel my account” link within the Dashboard.
